About
Long before Erin Flynn founded Clover Lindsay Consulting, she was a front-line development officer strategically solving the unique problems and challenges encountered by nonprofit organizations.
Her decision to start her own business was driven by her first-hand experience and belief in mission, vision and strong leadership as the most important factors for organizational success in the nonprofit sector. Her determination to work within multiple nonprofit environments at one time has enabled her to share this wealth of knowledge in strategic ways in order to move small, micro nonprofit organizations into their next chapter, including the development of a vision for sustainable success.
Erin’s expertise includes nearly twenty years of fundraising, CRM systems conversions, data analytics, strategic planning, and board leadership development. Her focus has been in the areas of education, human services, healthcare and family-centric missions within the state of Ohio and elsewhere.
Erin is an alumna of Michigan State University, where, as an undergraduate, she worked in the University Development Office. It was here where she learned about the importance of philanthropy and relationship management within a structured business environment. Today, Erin serves as a longtime member of the Central Ohio Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is a volunteer with many local and statewide organizations.
Erin’s fundraising motto: “If you believe, just ask.”
